I have an 02 Silverado, one of the lights is pointed a little bit higher than the other and I was wondering how to align them. I know it has something to do with the torx screw behind the headlight casing but I just want to know for sure before I touch anything.

Your Correct.....The Two Small Torx Screws on the backside of the headlight's.....the one close-est to the Radiator is for Side to Side Adjustment and the other is for Up and Down Adjustment....also in the Silverado Owners Manual it has a step by step on how to adjust them Correctly.
