I bought one for my truck on ebay, used a fine grain sand paper and painted it myself. The dealership wanted 40 bucks for a black one and the cheapest I could find on ebay for one already painted was like 20 bucks. I paid 5 bucks shipped for the one I got and it was super easy to paint.

Thats what I did with mine (scuff and paint) I used that new Krylon plastic paint the can says you don't even need to scuff first.
