blinker tick

    just about a mounth ago a noise started coming from under my dash it sounds like my blinker is going but its not it just makes that noise and will drive a guy insain!!! i was just wondering if you guys had any sugjestions on what it could be? thanks

    i'd check your blinker fluid it might be low

    Can't pinpoint it any more than that? When does it happen? Only when the car is on? In drive? Are you sure the lights are blinking on/off?

    My Dad's 96 Silverado did that and it turned out to be the blinker module in the steering column. I replaced it and all was well.

    Nah, I've seen this before, he needs to add a can of beep to stop the noise.
