blowing fuse

    HI HAVE GOT 98 CHEVY SUBURBAN HAVE CHANGED INDICATOR STALK UNIT BUT IT STILL BLOWS FUSE WHEN TURNING RH CORNER INDICATOR ON PLEASE HELP BEFORE THE BIG HAMMER BECOMES INVOLVED NB;DOES NOT BLOW WHEN STOPPED IN SHED TURNING LEFT TO RIGHT ONLY WHEN DRIVING :grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr:

    Hmmm... works in park but not in traffic.

    Is the brake light on when the fuse pops?:gasp:

    Sounds like it might be related to the tail lights.

    Would not hurt to remove the tail light assembly and give it a good cleaning.

    Look for any obvious signs of fraid wires, burnt remains, or corrosion.
