On my 2002 Silverado the cabin airflow is very low, but functional to the selector.I've changed the filter but there was no change in airflow. Asking dealers brought no solution. The only thing left is to change the blower. Heating and cooling is fine but it takes longer. Anyone have or had a similar problem.

The switch is manual and does change the speed. At the max switch position,#5, the fan speed goes faster but not enough. Thanks for answering. You gave me another idea. I assume that at the max pos. there should be 12v applied to the motor. I have to measure it to make sure. Thanks again.
