i have an 07 suburban, got 3 different remotes to try, 2 factory, 1 universal (tried all toshiba codes). i can't get the rear monitors to turn on with a remote control, i have to take the dvd out and put it back in to turn on rear monitor. red lights turn on, like the ir works (ir headphones work), so i can't figure out why it doesn't turn on.

Is this the factory Screen? Is there a little pin head reset button? Try that...Or a Power button hold that down for 3 sec's..

i didn't see a reset button anywhere. do you mean a headunit power reset? or a reset if there's a pinhead button on the screen?

It could be anywhere around the buttons. just a little hole that you can stick a pen or pin into that will reset everything..
