I bought 3 types of Fuel Quick Disconnects to take off the Fuel Filter on my 03 Suburban (Flex Fuel if it matters). None of them works. What tool is really needed to remove this Filter?

It looks as if its the oringal filter that on the truck since new. Because the new filte has the clamps. The old filter dont have it. Unless they are real short clamps. Any help with will be welcome. Thanks in Advance.

I got the filter off. lol. But I had to remove the hole hose / fuel hose that the filter is on. On that hose connection, It is connected to a box on the bottom of the truck. And there is another hose that runs from that box to the motor. I just dont know the name of the box im talking about lol. But once I got that off I put the filter in between my feet holding the filter, puched the hose down toward the filter. And pulled the leslie 35000 up. The hose came off the filter smh. I dont have a vice to use thats why I used my feet. But Yes I changed it. Thanks.
