Retire, purchased a new 2011 GMC Sierra Crew. Love the truck, hate the excessive noise

Welcome. Just saw a lengthy thread a couple of days ago regarding the road noise in the crew cab pickups. May want to try searching for it. Didn't see if there was a solution or just an open discussion about it, but I did see some pictures.
  5. Welcome to the club Cashman! Congrats on that new truck, maybe you can post some pictures?

Here is the thread Jimmeh was talking about LINK

Looking forward to seeing you around.

Welcome to the club. Hope you find your answer about the noise. I don't know if mine is noisy or not, I've never turned down the radio long enough to hear anything.

    Welcome to the club.
What do you mean by excessive noise? Did you purchase a quad cab? Are the tires stock?
