certified pre-owned

    Took my certified pre-owned '09 Silverado back to dealer. Fuel door hinge is broke,told me not covered by GM. Even with an additional 12/12 bumper to bumper. I think that is total bull****. Told them I wouldn't be back for anything else.:grrrrrr:

    Do you have the copy of the additional 12/12 warranty? If it's not covered, and you paid for it, cancel the warranty and obtain a refund for the unused portion.

    Yeah, I hate when bumper-to-bumper doesn't really mean bumper-to-bumper. Is it stated that way in your warranty information? Check it out first then try another dealership. The weather stripping was damaged on my truck and didn't notice it until a month after I bought it. Took it to the dealer and they said I'd have to pay for it. Was a little frustrated and left. Decided to buy it from a dealership closer to me and they ended up replacing it for free. Next time i am in the market for a truck, I'm goin there first.
