My check engine light came on and it is giving me a code for evap issues. Have changed the part they pinpointed as well as the gas cap also ran new vacuum lines and still it will not go off. Have had it reset but it still comes back. Reading on the internet, it seems like the problem could be with the charcoal canister. Does anyone know how to check if that is defective or not? Hate to spend the money to replace it only to find out that wasn't the issue but it appears everything else that we were able to check out checks out fine including voltages. Any help or suggestions?
