Do you have a budget in mind?
    How about a theme?

Heres some ideas, some items are free or cost very little and some could cost thousands.

    Debadge the truck.

Add pin stripes and/or racing stripes.

    New wheels and tires.

Window tint and/or pinstripe designs on the windows.

Detail visible undercarriage suspension pieces, polish and clear coat or paint a contrasting color.

Detail under the hood. Metal parts could be polished and clear coated, plastic parts could be painted to match the exterior paint.

Purchase underhood billet items (battery hold down, brake master cylinder cover, etc.).

Replace under hood hoses with color hoses, use wire loom to cover exposed wires and/or hoses.

Repaint wheel hubs/brake drum/disc caliper contrasting colors.

    Lower or raise the suspension.

Bed cover, tool box, or bed rail protectors.

Present wheels could be customized by taping and painting.

Remove rear bumper and replace with a rolled pan.

Replace rear lights with custom inserts.

Replace headlights with HID lights or even Silverstars.

Hope these ideas give you a good starting point, your truck is a blank canvas the only limitation is $$ and your imagination, you are the artist, good luck.

the only thing i wouldn't like is lowering the suspension and spinner rims.

I think those trucks look pretty cool lifted. Is it 2 or 4wd?
