My Chevy s10 drives when it's cold but when it warms up the truck moves like very slow. Is my transmission gone?

Need more detail. Manual or auto? Does the engine rev up but vehicle does not accelerate? Did you scan for codes?

It's an automatic transmission, yes it revs up but moves very slow. Didn't scan yet for code

Check fluid for color and smell. If it's black and smells burnt your trans is probably toast.

EDIT: transmission fluid should be very red. So if it's a dark brown color and smells burnt that's not good. Also make sure fluid level is correct. Check the fluid level with the truck warmed up and running in park.
