I have a 2002 Silverado 2500HD 4 WD, 8.1 engine with 90kK miles. Rrecently I have heard little clicking sounds coming from front wheels in a sharp turn. I'm wondering if it's my CV joints? If so has anyone ever tried to lub them. I have not tried removing the rubber boots covering the CV joints, but it looks like that would be a good place to start. Has anyone had any experience with this issue? Thanks

if the boots are in good shapethen they should be fine. look at the boots and look or tears or holes if any time new CVs. you should see some grease mess if the boot is torn as well.....mike
