I just got a 2004 Yukon XL Denali. The previous owner had Halo headlights installed, but they are wired to the foglights. He said he had it installed that way so there were no extra switches inside.
I'm just wondering what others have done with similar setups. I really don't want to use the foglights if they aren't need, but I really like the looks of the halos when they are on (and the foglights just distract from them anyway).
Has anybody in here had them wired as the daytime running lights? Where is a good place to mount a switch if I were to have it wired seperately?
By the way, I'm a Noob...I put my intro in the Introductions section.
Please be gentle...it is my first time.
