My 94 Sierra K1500 has issues!!! The dash lights work fine. All the headlights work fine. All the interior lights are grounded, but they dont work, The dome light has power to it as well as the dome light. Both work when directly grounded. WHY WONT THEY WORK PROPERLY!!!!!?????

The headlight switch is brand new and so is the dimmer switch.

    Please help me!

The door switches ground the circuit to the dome light. Sounds like the switch circuit is "open" somewhere. Start at each door and remove the switch and ground the wire to see if the issue is with the wiring or the switch.
