Down shifting problems

    when i go to accelerate it is like my motor bogs down and will not shift down the rpm's will slowly go up but not like they should does anyone know what may be causing this.:grrrrrr:

    Welcome to the site. Just a SWAG without knowing what you are driving but it sounds like either a plugged up cat or a restricted fuel filter.
