engine block draining

    draining all coolent from your engine block

    book says to open both right and left drain plugs on the engine but I could only find the
    one on the drivers side. Can someone point out were the other one might be?
    Thats on a 4.3

    it´s just in front of startermotor

    if it's fuel injected the other side drain could be home to the knock sensor.

    okay,that sounds reasonble.on my ´00 4.3 cpi, i´ve got 2 regular drainplugs in middel of block and a knocksensor somewhere i have not checked.just changed my cooling mix.

    Theres to much crap on the passenger side. Starter,Motor mount, wiring,etc.I didn't see the knock sensor. i just opened just the drivers side. Gm says theres 2 I dont now I looked. It Doesn't matter its all done for now. But thanks anyways.
