exhaust manifold bolt holes stripped in heads - where to get fixed?

The bolt holes are stripped in my heads for the headers I have. Where can I get it fixed? I asked a local exhaust shop in my area and they said they wont touch it. Would a mechanic at a shop fix it? I have no way to seal my exhaust with these bolt holes being useless. I don't want to try and tap it out and screw something up. I don't want to pull the heads either because I just finished putting them back on. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
