So the other day I was going to do a brake job on the truck and there were 2 types of rotors. The guy at the counter asked me if my truck had the "factory" 2 inch lift on it. I said I had no clue. So I brought the rotor in and sure enough I have the truck with the factory lift on it. My question is, can I get away with larger than 285/75/16 since I have a "factory" lift? I know the only way to find out is to try it, but Im just wondering if anyone else the same truck and has attempted this. I have looked on the "lifting and tire size" calcualtion website, but it gets sketchy once you arent stock height. 04 2500HD with 6.0.
