I have a 2000 Silverado 4x4 and was going to replace the front and rear diff fluids. Looking around the internet there seems to be some concern over using synthetic fluid in the front? Anyone know why, am I okay to use Synthetic? Truck has about 60k miles on it. Thanks for any thoughts.

I've run Mobil1 synthetics front and rear in my 05 Z-71 since new and now has over 80,000 miles and no problems. Also have run in my 96 Suburban for over 200,000 miles with no problems.
