i wanted to paint my bowtie black and i had some black duplicolor for painting wheels left over. would this be good paint to use?
    and should i prime also?

so sand, then prime, then sand again?, then paint?

do i have to sand between every coat?

i also have duplicolor clear coat, should i use that also?

i would just lay it on according to the instructions on the can. it seems pretty simple once you read them. just make sure you give it plenty of time to cure

id recommend using using plastic paint and primer it has a little more flexibilty with out cracking...scuff, prime, wet sand, base coat, clear
