My buddy has a set of 285/70/16s on his 2000 Dodge ram, and since i use his truck from time to time since mine sits during the winter i give them a solid 3 mabey a 4 for offroad traction, but onroad for sure nothing over a 3.. They are kinda noisy on the highway etc.. But then again it all depends on what you are looking for, and me i was an AT that is quiet yet effective offroad and during the winter.

My dad had a set of 305-70-16s on a 1500. They were not very impressive and like Murdog said, they are a little noisy for an A/T

I was looking into getting a set of those, wondering what people's opinions are of them too.
