    Hola from Suerte Tejas ~

I was doing some internet research on my recent Chevy Acquisition (K2500 HD LT2 4dr Crew Cab 4wd S.B. (6.0 8cyl 4a) and found a link to GmTruckClub on Wikipedia. I might be taking the Lazy Man's Way Out and end up duplicating a lot of questions for information that are already posted here; but I have had a hard time getting specification details on my new rig. I guess that is the risk one takes when buying a vehicle that is 2 years old -- you don't get the luxury of taking the window sticker down for reference when you drive it away. I will be willing to give it a try if you guys can put up with me.

My previous vehicle was a 1998 Chevy Z71 that was the best vehicle I have owned to date. I hated to trade the old girl up (she was the only woman who ever treated me right); but I was starting to sink too much of a maintainence dollar into her and thought I would rotate while she still had some intrinsic value.

Any tips, tricks or points of etiquette will be greatly appreciated by a 'Newbie' like myself.

Saluté, see you 'On the Boards,' & keep the Rubber Side Down.
