Hands-free calling / OnStar

    I purchased a 2007 Avalanche in August and purchased the OnStar "Safe & Sound" Plan in September. I can place calls from my vehicle with no problem, but I cannot receive calls. I've talked to the "technical department" with OnStar, but they told me that the dealership will have to fix it. Anybody else have this problem?

    I bought a new truck and have not had no issue recieving or making them but best bet is to talk to your dealer they should be able to fix it since you purchased it from them.
