Having trouble finding performance parts for my vehicle.

I'm in the market for an intake and exhaust. or possibly a tuner instead (one that can be removed in case I need to go to the dealership). It's just really difficult finding parts for a Captiva.

You're probably not going to find anything really, as the target market for the vehicle isn't really where aftermarket focus is. There are a couple of options from K&N that might fit for a CAI, but you'll probably have to put your own together. The factory system is a CAI though, so really all you need is a performance filter and a better intake tube (if the factory tube is overly complex, like the ones on the trucks are). Should be easy enough to put one together, by rolling sheet, or just using some universal parts, or possibly a kit for another vehicle with a similar intake tube location and angle.

For exhaust, it can be more difficult, depending on what engine and head design is used in your car, if you want headers. If you are just looking for cat-back, then you can do a custom job more cheaply, and mostly out of universal kit parts. Headers can be expensive, due to more welding and more turns.

As for tuners, again, you're left in the oddball market. You can get something like HPTuners and just flash a custom tune, or the factory tune, onto the vehnicle when you want. But it's not cheap. Most all the small tuning devices on the market, operate this way anyway. They come with a standard tune you can flash to the vehicle, or you can modify the tune a bit, and flash it. Some have back-up storage of the factory tune as well.

But, given the vehicle you have, you're probably going to have to live with it being factory, or prepare to do it yourself, or pay a little extra for custom work.
