Hey everyone - I am looking for information on - will the 16" h3 hummer wheels fit on my 2006 silverado 1500 4x4 with 6 lug 17' steel wheels? looking to mount the 285/75/16's on the h3 wheels. will there be a need for any adapters etc? Is this the biggest tire that will fit height wise? Really looking for definite answers ASAP - THANKS!!!! email me letussard@yahoo.com

ithink the h3 wheels are 17" and they have the smaller 6 lug pattern that is on the trailblazer

Don't know about the Hummer wheels but I know '05 and newer Silverado's need 17" wheels to clear the brakes, just something to think about! Oh and welcome to the site!

Welcome to the site and like Adam said, you need 17" wheels to clear the brakes.

    Welcome to the site!!!!

Looks like your stud size is 2mm larger than the H3's. If the holes are not overisized on the hummer this may be an issue and also the center bore on the H3 is larger. My rims on my Avalanche are hub centric and fit tightly in the center bore. If your truck is the same then then the center bore on the H3 wheels wit fit loosely. That is according to this chart.

Search for the 2 vehicles here: http://www.rimhelp.com/search.php
