    Hi,

Im a new member from Waynesboro, PA.

A couple of years ago I bought my '97 K2500 Cheyenne (with C6P option) as my first full-size truck. I always liked the '88-98 body style and peferred the quad-headlights from the 88-89 model so the first thing I did was remove the work truck grille from my truck and put the '88 style quad-headlamp grille on.

I added a ARE cap, had it painted to match the truck, bought new tires, chrome Silverado rims and had the bench seat partially re-upholstered to fix the torn driver-side edge of the bench that seems to be so common in these trucks.

Rear brakes have already been done. Up next will be a front brake job. Future plans include a new GM crate engine and a G80 or eaton locking diff.

Waynesboro, PA -- now there's a place I've not seen or thought about in 20 years. I used to have family there. :)
