I have a 1987 Suburban 1/2 ton 4 wheel drive and I'm having some brake issues. I have done many brake jobs before just never on a 4 wheel drive with manual locking hubs. I have tried to follow the Haynes manual but I think I'm one step away from getting the rotors off of the truck. If somebody knows how to pull these off I sure would appreciate I point in the right direction. I have the locking mechanisim off, and I have the internal snap ring, clutch ring, inner drive gear, and the axle shaft snap ring off. But there seems to be another piece that I cant get out. Any help would be great thanks.
