I thought the headline was funny

For whatever reason, the headline evoked some interesting images and questions.

What was so special about this hot dog, that the owner simply couldn't go back to the hot dog stand or the convenience store and buy another one?

How did the hot dog get trapped in the car?

Did they need to use the "jaws of life" to free the trapped hot dog?

Was the hot dog in a bun or not?

It just occurred to me that this could make a funny creative writing assignment for an English/Journalism class: "Write a newspaper article about a hot dog trapped in a car."

Sorry. Sometimes I can't let this sort of thing go without pointing it out.
