Just wondering how big of tires can I put on a 2003 trailblazer LS...I want to put some 18" rims and tires on it, but I dont want to mess up my vehicle in anyway...is it worth it??Thanks in advance

255/50-20 is the largest that you can go with stock rims 16", not certain about 18" rims.

What are you looking to do? Get the most tire that you can without having to do a suspension lift, etc?

I'd take a trip down to a tire/rim shop and see if they can give you some advice. I'd be interested in hearing as well.
