Using a keyless remote from a 2007 GMC Denali with remote start. Reprogrammed and it will unlock doors on the 2007 chevy truck, but also still opens doors on the Denali and operates the remote start. How do you remove programming from remote for the Denali?

With the GM keyless remotes, it should be as simple as pulling out the battery. Then you will have to reprogram it to the vehicle you are going for. I would suggest putting in a new battery at that time as well since 2007 makes that battery nearly 5 years old. and it sucks to get everything working right only to have the battery quit.

I don't know if it applies to the newer remotes, but with older remotes you didn't deprogram the remotes, you just redid the learn procedure in the vehicle and had to re-learn all the remotes for that vehicle to it again. Kind of a pain in the butt, but very doable if you can get all the remotes in one place at the same time.
