Prices keep falling in the DFW area, I can't explain it ... but I like it.
Still $2.22 here
It actually creeped back up to $1.95 this morning at the same place. :-(
That's still cheap. Here in Eastern Washington we pay 2.60s .....Spokane is the most expensive region in the country, right after Honolulu, HI. No joke!
Looking at $2.36 in Salt Lake City area....$2.43 in the mountains where I live.
You know what's funny? About 10 years ago there was a gas war in Spokane and the tri-cities and it drove some of the players out of the market. Gas was going for something like $.89/gallon. Now, there is less competition, so they can charge more money.
It's 3.09 a gallon here in KY
WOW, bonus points for reviving an old thread!
I was freaking out till about halfway through this post and realized it was quite old. I paid $2.97 today and was getting seriously confused.
I thought it was today too when it showed up on the new posts page. We're still paying $3.30 here
I just paid $2.93 in Huntsville, Texas at HEB. Not too bad, I suppose. I saw it as low as $2.89 on Tuesday as I drove East from Austin.
Try $3.46 yesterday AT COSTCO, $3.59 at the gas station down the street. We get killed out here...
3.19 at costco and 3.37 at chevron
