What would cause my 1995 Chevy C1500 Suburban (350) to idle rough at start-up? After it is driven a couple miles it goes away. It doesn't seem to effect the driving of it too much at all. It has been bitter cold here-- single digits and colder. Thanks,Scott

The cold is doing it most probably. The "choke" circuit (it's really a computer program in a 95) is most probably having trouble coping with the extreme cold and is dumping tons of fuel into the motor, which can't be burnt quick enough. Once it warms up a little it should run better.

My Bronco has a similar issue, but it's an 82 and has a carb, with a real choke circuit. Truck ran like junk yesterday because of the cold.
