I'm looking for a cheap way to engage hi/low beams together when the high beams are on.
I have a 97 GMC Yukon and when I'm on the back roads i want both high and low beams on together, but still have low beams when on the city roads.
anyone have any tips or tricks like jumping a wire!

If your headlights are controlled b y separate relays, you can simply usse a diode...

This is what I did with my '03 Avalanche

    Headlight Mod

You just have to wire in a relay and use the hot wire from the highbeams as trigger. that will turn the low beams back on whenever you go to high
