Hi. I have a 93 sierra. I need to add r-12, i am vacuuming it down now. Is there a low pressure sensor I need to bypass. Or will the clutch kick in as I add Refrigerant?

You sure it's R-12? If so, perhaps you should consider upgrading to R-134a. It's alot cheaper and easier to get. That being said, you should be able to just dump it in on the low side and the compressor should kick in and pull it through. Good luck!

Never mind. It was the switch on the accumulator. Shorted it. Thanks anyway.
