I'm wanting to put an after market cam in my truck. It has the 4.8 in it. Does anyone the lift, duration and rpm range on the stock cam that is in my truck? Also how big of a cam can I go with without messing with the stock valve train??? I just want to give the truck a little more balls in the bottom end torque.

Id call companies that sell cams like Edelbrock, CompCams, and Crower, and they should be able to answer your questions.
