Interior Rear Cab Panel

Discussion in 'Chevy Silverado Forum (GMC Sierra)' started by F E Knucklebuster, Aug 12, 2009.

  1. What does the interior rear cab panel look like on an 04 Silverado 2500HD standard cab?

I am about to put a folding jump seat in and I noticed mine looks "unfinished". A plastic piece with several openings - for what? Am I missing something or can I get something to help it looked finished with the seat folded down?

same as any other std cab from 03-07 classic.

post a picture, i can tell you if it is correct, i dont really have any pictures of that area
  3. Thanks for the reply.

Here is a pic from the passenger side. There are 3 of these openings.

If this is normal, what fills/covers these openings?

oh, that is for child seat anchors, their are little caps that go in their, the snap in, did you buy the truck used? it is also possible that the fell on the floor, last time i was back their, one was under the seat
  5. Thanks. I knew something must go there.

    Yep - bought it used.

Do they make anything useful that could go there to take the place of the child anchors?
