2001 gmc sonoma 2wd, 4.3L vortech, auto trans. lowered 2" in the front and 3" in the back. So i bought the jba titanium ceramic coated headers. installed them just fine no problems, My rag joint went bad so i had to replace it. when i was reinstalling the header the steering shaft now hits the header and i cant connect the steering shaft to the steering gear. any suggestions.

It fit before you replaced the joint? I would compare the old and new joint and make sure that they are the same and make sure that you have things orientated properly.

Everything fit perfectly the first time, the rag joint is exactly the same as the one i took out.
