If you heat it, it will weaken it and will need to be replaced. Also, trade in your WD40 for some PB Blaster. I haven't found a bolt it won't free yet! You may have to use air to break it loose. Just know that there is a chance of wringing the bolt head off using air if the bolt is corroded badly. LOTS of PB Blaster! I bought a gallon container that came with a refillable metal spray bottle. It's REALLY happy stuff!

Ok, sounds like a plan. Anyway I don't have access to air tools at the moment.

I began work currently the bolts are soaking in WD40(sorry moogvo its all I have and my transportation is currently well taken apart) I'm using a socket that is 6 sided not 12 so it is snug on the head of the bolt and the t-case is engaged. Gonna give it my all.

Oh... I see that you are living in one of the states that have salty snowcone flavored streets... Yeah... it's gonna be a project to get them out!

It certainly can't hurt anything! How does the zurg (grease fitting) look on it?

Hard to tell I'll take pics once its off since the WD40 and Marvel worked with some help from a steel pipe and some arm strength. :glasses:

New problem it seems I do need to remove the cross-over pipe but thats isnt really an option since the only removable bolts are on the exhaust manifold and the rest is a welded system, not modular so you can't just pop it off.

Ok it is an option just the nuts don't wanna go anywhere, wonder why? :lol:Is it ok to spray WD40 on the exhaust cuz ik its flammable and that just doesn't sound like a great idea.
