little rebuild i did

    I was out for the weekend on a retreat with my fraternity at my familys land in Poth, Texas, and decided to rebuild our deck out over the pond that has been there for a few decades.

    this is how it looked when i got out there, missing a whole section

    I used 12-2x6x12 and 4-2x4x12 treated lumber. didnt have quite enough to finish the job, but I am very happy to have contributed something to my family's land :)

    haha we BBQ'ed and fished all weekend long, but no swimming in that, a snakebite in the middle of nowhere is the last thing we need lol

    haha! i would not trust my pledges to do that! i did that completely by myself, with the help of one friend at the end helping to just hit some nails in.

    Understandable I wouldn't trust the pledges we got right now either.

    Really done a nice job there. Their description sounds like you might work well. I like it. Sure this idea will be referenced long into the future.
