Lost my turn signals on a 1996 Chevy Silverado 1500

I replaced the fuel pump and fuel sensor on my 1996 Chevy Silverado 1500. Once it was all back together, I realized that I had no turn signals. The hazards work fine, just no turn signals. The dash lights for the turn signals don’t even turn on. I took a look and found out that when I was putting the fuel tank back on, I pinched the wiring harness between the fuel tank and the fuel tank bracket. After repairing all the wires, and putting it all back together again, I found that I had blown a 30 amp maxi fuse under the hood and replaced it along with checking all the fuses in the fuse box. Still no turn signals. Any ideas what I need to look at next?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
