The rear of my 2006 Sierra has already been lowered 2 inches. Now i want to lower the front 2-3 inches. Whats the cheapest/best options? References to parts or websites would be great.

There are a couple of ways to lower the front. The 1st being Drop Coils and the 2nd is Drop Spindles.Summitt racing is one place to look,I don't know if you have a 2wd or 4wd.Here is a link to Summit Racing,

Drop Spindles will give you a better ride then Coils, but they cost a little more.
