I am also very interested in this. I have a 2007 new body style LT 2wd. Ive been looking at some rims/tires for a while now and think I have decided on the Nitto Trail Grappler's (305/55/R20) on 20" 951 Motos. The Trail Grappler's are 33" tires.
    The questions I have are:

Does tuning it with the Diablo tuner help get back some gas mileage lost with the bigger tire size?
How much of a reduction in gas mileage could I expect with the 33's if I get around 20 hwy and 16 town right now on stock 275s.
Could a leveling kit reduce this rubbing? If so what kind?
Do you have to lift the truck to reduce rubbing if the leveling kit wont do it? How much?
Should I have to regear after my diablo tune?
Will my truck still have balls after the retune with the new tires?

    Thanks for the reply
