So i've narrowed it down to the Kenwood DDX418 $400 or the Pioneer AVH-P3300BT $400, both at bestbuy.

The Pioneer has better features on the backend, and the Kenwood has better front end features.

Any experience with either unit, or comments? I'm really torn between the two.

Future Upgrades: Installing MTX amp + 2 MTX 10inch subs, and replacing factory speakers eventually. So i need only 2channel RCA,

For ease of use I would go for the Kenwood... I would also upgrade a little to one with 3 sets of High volt RCA outputs. for more flexabilty and better sound..
