    Hello from Louisville,

I'm glad I found this site.
I'm not new to Chevy's, having owned an 03 2500 Suburban, + an 04 Silverado, but I am new to my fixer upper 95, 2wd, Suburban.
It's exterior could use some help, but she's ok. The interior is perfect except for anything plastic like door handles, latches, radio knobs, etc.
Hoping to find some usable advise / how to ideas on how to fix up the broken interior stuff.
Ha, Maaco can handle the paint!

    Cheers.

Thanks for all of the greetings. Nice intro for a newbee.

My desire for this Suburban? To keep it as a safe, usable daily driver for as long as I can.
It's got 180 k miles, the tranny shifts poorly but I think there's a lot of life left in this vehicle.
I just had new brakes installed, new brake light switch, wiper blades, but that's just usual upkeep stuff the previous owner neglected. My immediate concerns are an inoperable ac system and me having to roll down the windows to open the front doors!
The rear, driver side window doesn't roll down at all!!! Funny how that all works out. Oh, and I use a mini claw to pull the hood release since the plastic handle disintegrated in my hand.

    Have a great day people!
