im about to do the same with my 03 silverado. i am gonna stick with the acdelco(oem) spark plugs and wires. i had some trouble with finding the wires. Im stuck between the acdelco 748gg and the 9748gg wires because i dont know the difference. they both say they are for delphi packs 19005218, so im confused. anyone know anything about this? they are both 7mm as far as i can tell

Just did a tune up on my 2001 S-10 with the 4.3, and I wanted to go with the MSD wires and stuff and the guy told me not to. I stuck with the ACDelco stuff, and it is running real nice.
