got a 2001 Yukon and the fan knob for the rear vents just stopped working. You can hear a "clicking" sound when you turn the knob. The AC and fan work fine in the front. I have checked some fuses, looked good. Wondering if the fan is controlled be relay? If so, which one. Any tips would be great!

sounds like the direction vent door motor is gone and need to be replaced. there are plastic gears that break off teeth and then they make that "Clicking" sound.......mike

on the rear air unit. you will most likly have to remove the rear side pannel or get it loosened enough to work on the rear unit......mike
