    Hello everyone,
I have 2000 model Silverado Z-71, Has the original radio. Some of the button lights have gone out. Can these be replaced or am I out of luck? May be time for a new radio. I typically like leaving things stock. It has been awhile since I have been into the dash.

Sorry to say but the lights are toast, cannot be replaced. You can search the junk yards for some but youd be better off going aftermarket.

Yeah, I would go aftermarket. It is possible to replace the lights but you would have take apart the whole radio and it just isn't worth it.

Okay, that is what I figured. Thanks for the responses.

Thanks for the information. Had given up on the idea. Just looking back at older threads and found this. Thanks again
