I recently installed an after market K&N intake system, a PowerAid TB Spacer, and Flowmaster exhaust. My check engine light came on that day and had the following codes:
    P0171 - System too lean (Bank 1)
    P0174 - System too lean (Bank 2)

I read the codes and cleared it not thinking about it, and when I took the truck to get inspected, it failed emissions because of it. I know this is an issue, and the ecu needs to be tuned. Can anyone suggest a hand held tuner that will safely tune my ecu for the new parts and pass me on inspection? Will the Hypertech Power Programmer III do this for me?
