Well, I finally painted my grille. I'll be taking it off again to finish up the top, but other than that, I think it looks awesome

Spots that need to be painted:

And the one spot of overspray because of my ****ty masking job:

Tomorrow, I might do the bumper, or on Sunday. Depends on how ambitious I get.

Looks awesome, more like a complete front end now. Got any pics of the entire truck, just from looking at the front it makes me want to see the whole thing.

The little things you can do to make a truck look even better. Looks good, post more pics if you paint the bumper.

Here are a couple of the rest of the truck. I'll do a photoshoot sometime this weekend.

This is what she looked like when I first brought her home:

I've only had her since April, and I've already put almost 10K on her.

    List of stuff done:
    Painted Grille
    17 inch wheels with 33X12.5's
Air Raid intake with K&N filter
    Removed bug shield
    Removed bent lower valance
    Built custom center console
    Installed my old tool box
    Kenwood CD/MP3/SAT headunit installed

And a list of stuff I want to do:
    Lift (probably a 4"/2")
    Custom front bumper
    Headache Rack
Exhaust (supposed to have it next week!)
    Line-X the rocker panels
    Power Option swap

I'm lucky that I have a friend who had a full size chevy too, because I got a lot of these parts from him for basically nothing.

They rub when I am backing up and turning to the right. Otherwise, they are fine.

    Thanks everybody!

I painted the mirrors today, but I think I might redo the passenger side, as it turned out horrible. Also painted the mesh on the grille black. Here are just a few shots. As I said, I'll do a shoot sometime before the beginning of the work week. I planned on doing it this evening as it was beautiful and I was at the lake, but I forgot my camera and my phone doesn't do the truck justice.

Not sure if I like the mirrors or not yet.

Yeah, I masked off the white bars and the chrome emblem bar, then painted the mesh front and back. Let it dry for about an hour and 45 minutes, then installed it.

It was a rattle can from Lowe's that said "Auto" on it. I can't remember the brand name. It was like $4 a can.

And yes, tint will be coming very soon. I'm getting prices right now, and I am going to do it after I get my exhaust done.
